An early ferry booking is essential as places for camping on board are very limited and the demand for it is tremendously!

You are allowed to stay as travelers with caravans or motorhomes in your vehicle, this is called Camping on board. Even cooking is allowed, provided that your stove will not run on gas.

How it works is simple: you book the crossing deck passage only per person and the vehicle, depending on the type and length, and you can stay during the trip in your vehicle. You can receive the necessary power connection for free. Washing and shower facilities are also available. The parking decks are provided on the sides with large windows, so you always have fresh air and views over the sea.

This increasingly popular form of travel Camping on board is ideal for families with children, pets and people who prefer to sleep in your own caravan / motorhome. So you can get very cheap rates and enjoy the journey to your holiday destination in Southern Europe in a familiar environment.

PETS IN A CABIN:

pet cabins are available like following: 4 person (AA4 / AB4), 3 person (A3 / AB3), 2 person (AA2 / AB2) or 1 person (A1 / AB1) . Sharded Cabins are not available for Pets. A limited number of pet cabins is available!

The Pet Cabins are availabe online, the Pet will be added afterwards by us.

Price per pet kennel in one way: 20 EUR / return ticket: 40 €

Accommodation on deck (while you are) or the vehicle (just camping on board): free

from and to Venice and Crete Pet Cabins are not available

Superfast Ferries and Blue Star Ferries offer some animal stalls at (kennel), which must be reserved in advance. The pet owner is obliged to keep on the journey valid health papers for the animal with and follow all entry regulations. (EU citizens also need a Pet passport.) For cats, dogs and ferrets proof of a valid rabies vaccination must be present. For further information, please contact your veterinarian

It is not allowed to take the animals in all indoor areas, such as bars or restaurants or to leave in the vehicle (except for camping on board). Access to the normal car deck is forbidden during the crossing. On deck, the animals must wear a muzzle, be leashed and accompanied by the keeper. The pet owner shall have sole responsibility and liability for the care, safety and hygiene of the animal in compliance with all laws and regulations.
